
I was born in British Guyana, where I grew up surrounded by fresh, natural food, my father was a fisherman, and my mother a farmer. At 16, I moved to the U.S., earned a diploma in Food Management, and spent 20 years managing dietary care in retirement facilities.
Later, I became a personal trainer, combining fitness and nutrition to help others feel their best. Now, as the owner of a healthy food and smoothie restaurant, I’m passionate about sharing a lifestyle of wellness and balance. I’m a proud parent of three and love helping people live healthier, happier lives.
